Production Operator Building Materials

Wat ga je doen?

Looking for a full-time Production Operator job in the Netherlands? You don't need to speak Dutch to apply. English is used for daily communication on the work floor.
As a Production Operator - Building Materials, you will work with modern production equipment to manufacture high-quality construction materials such as concrete and stone products. You will operate production installations, transport raw materials, monitor the production process, and help keep the machines running efficiently.
As a Production Operator, you will:

• Operate and monitor production machines and installations
• Transport raw materials to the production line using a forklift
• Monitor the production process and ensure products meet quality standards
• Perform basic maintenance and solve minor mechanical issues
• Manage raw material stock and keep production running smoothly
• Assist with manual tasks such as lifting bags and other light materials when needed

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:15 - 16:15.

Wat vragen wij?

For this Production Operator position, we are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a Production Operator or Machine Operator
• Has forklift driving experience
• Speaks English fluently
• Is reliable, accurate, and takes responsibility
• Live in Geldermalsen or nearby
• Is physically fit and willing to perform practical tasks

You'll work with modern CNC machines on customer-specific products for industries such as semiconductors, optics and energy. No repetitive production work—every project brings a new technical challenge.

The company manufactures complex machine frames, mechatronic modules and precision components for the semiconductor, optical and energy industries. Functie

• Machine large and complex components on modern CNC milling machines
• Independently set up, operate and adjust CNC machines
• Read and interpret technical drawings and fixture plans
• Select, replace and maintain cutting tools
• Work with Fanuc, Heidenhain or Siemens controls
• Inspect finished parts and ensure they meet strict quality standards
• Produce small batches with a high level of accuracy
• Contribute to continuous improvements within the machining department

Functie-eisen

• MBO-level education or equivalent technical working and thinking level
• Proven experience as a CNC Milling Operator
• Experience with 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Experience with at least one of the following control systems: Fanuc, Heidenhain or Siemens
• Able to read technical drawings and fixture plans
• Good command of the English language
• Willing to work in a 3 to 5-shift rotation
• Accurate, quality-driven and able to work independently

Aanbod

• A gross monthly salary between €3,200 and €5,400, depending on your experience
• Minimum 28% shift allowance, with the potential for higher shift premiums depending on the shift schedule
• The opportunity to secure a permanent contract after an initial secondment period
