De locatie verwerkt meststromen in een industriële productieomgeving waar zowel mechanische als handmatige werkzaamheden voorkomen. De operationele werkzaamheden omvatten het bedienen van installaties, schoonmaken van onderdelen, leegdraaien van leidingen en het verhelpen van verstoppingen waardoor de uptime van de installatie gewaarborgd blijft. Op de locatie in Apeldoorn werkt een hecht team met een sterke focus op veiligheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Medewerkers worden aangespoord om storingen zelfstandig op te lossen waar mogelijk en om signalen voor preventief onderhoud te melden. Veilig werken volgens geldende procedures, waaronder LOTOTO, is een vast onderdeel van de dagelijkse routine. De organisatie zoekt operators die niet terugdeinzen voor fysiek en viezerig werk en die bereid zijn mee te draaien in storingsdiensten omdat het proces dag en nacht moet blijven draaien. In deze functie als Drankbereider sta jij letterlijk aan de basis van producten die dagelijks door miljoenen mensen worden gedronken. Je werkt met verschillende alcoholhoudende dranken, bewaakt het proces van A tot Z en hebt een directe impact op smaak, kwaliteit en continuïteit. Een rol voor iemand die echt het verschil wil maken binnen een dynamische productieomgeving.

Functieomschrijving

Als Drankbereider ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het produceren, controleren en verwerken van diverse alcoholische dranken zoals jenevers, vieux en likeuren. Je werkt nauw samen met collega-operators en de teamleider om het volledige proces soepel te laten verlopen. Jij bent een vakman/-vrouw die secuur werkt, initiatief toont en het productieproces begrijpt.

Dit ga je doen:

• Zelfstandig produceren van alcoholhoudende dranken volgens vastgestelde recepturen en specificaties.
• Behandelen van grondstoffen, halffabricaten en eindproducten: ontvangst, opslag, laden en verpompen (via tankwagens en drums).
• Uitvoeren van productieorders en overige toegewezen werkzaamheden.
• Strikt naleven van procedures op het gebied van kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne.
• Werken met doseringen, productiecijfers en berekeningen, nauwkeurigheid is essentieel.
• Meedraaien in een 2-ploegendienst binnen een hecht team.

Functie eisen

Je bent iemand die eigenaarschap toont, kritisch meedenkt en verbeteringen aandraagt wanneer processen efficiënter of veiliger kunnen. Je ziet afwijkingen niet als obstakels, maar als kansen om het proces verder te optimaliseren.

• Een goed denk- / werkniveau.
• Ervaring als operator of (assistant) drankbereider, bij voorkeur binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie.

• Opleiding & denk niveau: Mbo werk- en denkniveau met een goed technisch inzicht.
• Achtergrond: Ervaring als timmerman of een achtergrond in de (interieur)bouw is een grote pré.
• Machine-ervaring: Je hebt ervaring met of affiniteit voor plaatbewerking én het bedienen van machines zoals een CNC-frees, opdeelzaag, wandzaag of alubender (of de gedrevenheid om dit snel te leren).
• Organisatorisch: Ervaring met planning, logistiek en werken met systemen zoals Excel en/of SAP is een pré.
• Certificaten: Je hebt ervaring op de heftruck of bent bereid om via Tempo-Team jouw certificaat te behalen.

Wat ga je doen
Als Allround Operator Zagerij ben je een cruciale schakel in het productieproces. Je bent van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor het vakkundig bewerken van diverse soorten plaatmateriaal voor uitdagende projecten in de bouw en interieurbouw.

Jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

• Machinale bewerkingen: Het instellen, bedienen en controleren van geavanceerde machines (o.a. CNC, opdeelzaag, wandzaag en alubender) voor het zagen, boren en frezen van plaatmateriaal.
• Planning & Logistiek: Het meedenken over en bewaken van de dagplanning, stellen van prioriteiten en coördineren van de interne materiaalstromen.
• Kwaliteitsbewaking: Het nauwkeurig controleren van de eindproducten zodat alleen de hoogste kwaliteit de zagerij verlaat.
• Veiligheid & Orde: Zorgdragen voor een veilige werkomgeving volgens de richtlijnen en het netjes en overzichtelijk houden van jouw werkplek.
• Procesoptimalisatie: Het actief signaleren van knelpunten en het aandragen van verbetervoorstellen voor een efficiëntere workflow.
