Your daily shift runs from 07:30 AM to 04:00 PM in a clean, dynamic workshop. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the precise assembly of modular conveyor belts. Because the plastic modules are custom-built for diverse industries, the work is varied and technically engaging. You closely monitor product quality and collaborate with your team to ensure a smooth production process. Responsibilities

• Manually assembling custom plastic conveyor systems and belts
• Inspecting incoming components and checking the quality of finished products
• Working with technical hand tools based on standard operational instructions
• Strictly adhering to internal safety and production guidelines
• Assisting with maintaining cleanliness and organization within the assembly area
• Cooperating with international colleagues to achieve daily production targets
• Maintaining flexibility to support overtime or weekend shifts when required

Requirements

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or detailed production work
• Technical dexterity and the ability to work with high precision
• Proactive mindset and the ability to function well within a team environment
• Good physical health to comfortably perform standing work throughout the day
• Professional communication skills in the English language
• Living within commutable distance of Hoofddorp with good transit options
