What are your responsibilities?
You will be:

• Creating, adjusting and optimising the maintenance schedule within a 24/7 automated environment

• Leading and coaching five team leaders across multiple shifts (the role itself is a day position, no shift work)

• Aligning daily priorities and ensuring maintenance activities are executed safely, efficiently, and according to plan

• Monitoring and driving KPIs such as technical availability and preventive maintenance compliance

• Collaborating closely with planners, operations, and external stakeholders (Bol. / CEVA)

• Initiating and leading improvement projects in maintenance processes, planning structure, and collaboration

• Ensuring correct use and continuous improvement of the CMMS

• Maintaining safety and quality as top priorities in all activities

Working hours
