• you have experience in a customer service environment or B2B environment;
• you have experience with SAP or CRM tools;
• you are available to work 25 hours per week;
• you are willing to work in Den Haag.

what will you do
as a Customer Support Specialist EMEAI, you will be the go-to contact person for customers, as well as the sales and marketing teams at Arlon Graphics. You will ensure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. Your main responsibilities will include:

• customer contact: Handling daily customer inquiries via phone and email regarding product information, pricing, and orders.
• order management: Entering orders accurately and maintaining up-to-date customer records in SAP.
• logistics & complaints: Coordinating logistics and handling customer complaints professionally.
• team Support: Assisting Regional Sales Managers and Marketing Specialists where needed.
