As a Food Operator, you ensure the production line runs smoothly and play an essential role in the process. Your tasks range from operating machines to monitoring quality and keeping everything on track. Your responsibilities include:

• Mixing, blending, and preparing ingredients according to recipes;

• Troubleshooting first-line malfunctions;

• Performing preventive maintenance;

• Cleaning tasks;

• Documenting production data;

• Identifying and reporting deviations.

  Functie-eisen As a Food Operator, you possess the following skills:

• You have experience in a production environment, preferably in the food industry;

• You are willing to work in a 3-shift system;

• You work accurately and follow procedures;

• You are stress-resistant and can adapt quickly to changing situations.

Taken

• Je bent als Medior Storingsmonteur verantwoordelijk voor het verhelpen van storingen die mechanisch van aard zijn;
• Je bent daarnaast bezig met het verrichten van preventief onderhoud;
• Het ombouwen en aanpassen van de machines;
• Je overlegt samen met operators over de meest efficiënte werkwijze en planning;
• Je voert werkzaamheden uit aan de machines en productielijnen volgens geldende bedrijfsregels en veiligheidsvoorschriften;
• Je bent constant op zoek naar verbeteringen in de machines en productielijnen op mechanisch gebied;

Functie-eisen

• Je hebt een afgeronde MBO-opleiding in de richting van Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek, Algemene Operationele Techniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of aantoonbare werkervaring als Storingsmonteur;
• Wanneer je aanvullende cursussen hebt gedaan op het gebied van Elektrotechniek of Mechanica heeft dit de voorkeur;
• Je hebt als Medior Storingsmonteur kennis van en ervaring met procesverbeteringsprogramma’s;
• Kennis van pneumatiek en hydrauliek is een pre;
• Je bent flexibel en bereid om te werken in een 3 ploegendienst;
• Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift;

Wij bieden

• Je gaat als Medior Storingsmonteur aan de slag bij een stabiel bedrijf waar jij veel mogelijkheden hebt om jezelf te ontwikkelen;
• Daarnaast krijg je het volgende:een salaris tussen de €2.750 en €4.550 incl;
• ploegentoeslag;
