Voor ons Offshore Energy Project Secretariaat op kantoor in Gorinchem zoeken we een gedreven Project Secretaresse voor 24 tot 28 uur per week.

wie ben jij
je neemt de volgende eigenschappen mee naar de werkvloer als project secretaresse:

• je hebt een afgeronde secretariële opleiding (MBO-niveau of gelijkwaardig)
• je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke secretariële of administratief ondersteunende rol.
• je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift.
• je hebt grondige kennis van en ervaring met MS Office, SharePoint en Microsoft Teams.

wat ga je doen
Samen met je directe collega op het secretariaat werk je schouder aan schouder met onze Project Directors en Project Managers. Jij bent de verbindende factor (linking pin) die zorgt dat ons team als een geoliede machine draait.

• Proactief ondersteunen van de Project Director en Project Manager bij al hun administratieve en organisatorische taken.
• Beheren van de communicatie met belanghebbenden, plannen van afspraken, organiseren van vergaderingen en de opvolging daarvan.
• Regelen van lunches, (bedrijfs)evenementen, kantoorartikelen en de praktische inrichting van onze kantoorruimtes.
• Maken en voorbereiden van presentaties en het aanbrengen van structuur in terugkerende werkprocessen.

waar ga je werken
Je komt te werken op ons kantoor in Gorinchem, binnen het secretariaat van onze afdeling Offshore Energy. Je stapt binnen in een dynamische en internationale werkomgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Samen met één directe collega vorm jij het kloppende hart van het projectsecretariaat. De sfeer op kantoor is collegiaal, open en gericht op samenwerking. Omdat we nauw met elkaar optrekken en korte lijnen belangrijk vinden, werken we allemaal volledig op kantoor.

• 24 - 28 uur per week (4 x 6 uur of 4 x 7 uur), volledig op onze locatie in Gorinchem.
• Een internationale, dynamische en collegiale werkomgeving binnen de energiesector met volop afwisseling.

Who you are
As a packing employee, it is important that you meet the following requirements:

• You are physically available to pack glasses at a standing desk
• You are available for the day shifts from 07.15 to 16.30.
• You are available to work at least 3 to 5 days a week
• You live in the Gorinchem area or can easily get there
• You speak English or Dutch

What will you do
Will you ensure that Ikea receives a new shipment of drinking glasses? The glasses are produced at the factory in Leerdam. They are then transported to the warehouse in Gorinchem. 📦 As a packing employee you are the one who packs the glasses into boxes using special instructions. You then stack them neatly on pallets. This way, the glasses are ready for your colleague on the forklift to pick them up. And thanks to your fast work, we can send them to IKEA on time. Now that's teamwork! ✨

As a packing employee at the LCG distribution center, you will be part of a super fun and diverse team. Young, old, different cultures—everyone is included! 💛 You never work alone, but always with 1 to 3 friendly colleagues. That makes the work not only fun, but also nice and smooth. Everyone knows each other, so it really feels like a second family. The atmosphere is great and the work is always fun! Of course, we work hard to pack all the glasses on time, but that's a piece of cake with such a great team! The working days are Monday to Friday, during daytime shifts. Evenings and weekends are free, so you have plenty of time for fun things. Yes! 🤩
