Wat je gaat doen Als junior operator bij FrieslandCampina in Leerdam leer je het vak in de praktijk en werk je met moderne productiemachines binnen de kaasproductie. Je wordt begeleid door ervaren collega’s die je stap voor stap laten zien hoe je productielijnen bedient, controleert en instelt. In deze rol draag je bij aan het produceren van kaas van topkwaliteit, met een focus op veiligheid, samenwerking en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Wat je gaat doen: Productielijnen: bedienen en controleren van de machines. Kwaliteit: uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en bewaken van het productieproces.
