Wat je gaat doen

As a production worker, you will be involved in a specialised production process. You will work with various powders that are weighed according to specific recipes, mixed and then packaged. Accuracy is essential: you ensure that the correct quantities are used and that the finished product meets the required quality standards.You will receive thorough training from experienced colleagues and gradually learn the entire production process. As you gain experience, you will be given more responsibility. You will work independently, but you will always have your colleagues to rely on. Together, you will ensure that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.Your responsibilities will include:

• Weighing ingredients according to specific recipes;
• Measuring and mixing different powders using mixers;
• Dividing and packaging the mixture;
• Operating and monitoring machinery;
• Carrying out quality checks;
• Contributing ideas for improvements to the production process;
• Keeping your workplace clean, safe and organised.

You will work Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. On Fridays, you will work from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM, meaning your weekend starts early every week!

As an Upcoming Operator in the Liquid Compounding department, you play an important role in the preparation of raw materials for the production process. You will work with different ingredients and carefully follow recipes and procedures to ensure that the right products are prepared accurately and safely. You will combine physical work with operating equipment and administrative tasks. Using a mobile workstation equipped with a computer and scale, you will weigh and process raw materials according to specific recipes and quality requirements. What will you do?- Collect and prepare raw materials based on specific recipes;
