Who you are
To keep the Wasco warehouse running smoothly, it is important that you meet the following requirements as a warehouse worker:

• You speak English, for safety reasons;
• You are at least 18 years old, due to driving an EPT;
• You are at least available to work on Mondays and Fridays (more days are possible);
• You are available to work in different shifts. The working hours are from 09:00 to 18:00, 12:00 to 21:00 and 15:00 to 00.00;
• You have your own transport to get to Deventer;
• You are physically capable of lifting product weighing at least 20 kilos;
• You agree that we can not offer a guarantee of hours.

What will you do
As a warehouse worker at Wasco in Deventer, no two days are the same. You can work in various departments, depending on what suits you best. For example, you might work in the receiving department. This is where you greet drivers, check deliveries, and handle the administrative paperwork. In the modern “autostore,” you’ll work with smart systems and pick small parts like screws and connectors. Prefer a more hands-on role? Then the order picker position is a good fit for you. You’ll pick larger products like bathtubs and radiators. As a warehouse worker, you’ll work Monday through Friday. If you’d prefer to work fewer days, that’s also possible. You’ll work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 3:00 PM to midnight. 🥳

Who you are

• You are available to work 24, 32, or 40 hours per week
• You can work the morning shift (06:00 - 15:00) or evening shift (15:30 - 00:30)

• You are capable of handling physical warehouse work such as lifting packages up to 20 kg

Your daily tasks:

• Unloading containers and placing incoming goods onto high-tech sorting platforms
• Checking parcel labels and zip codes accurately to maintain high speed
• Loading transport containers safely and keeping the workspace organized together
