As a warehouse worker, you’ll work closely with your colleagues to prepare orders using a voice-picking system that gives you clear instructions. You’ll collect the right products, load them into trolleys, and move the filled containers to the loading area. Then it’s on to the next order.
The work can be physically demanding, including lifting boxes of up to 16 kg. You’ll be working in a chilled environment between 2 and 7 degrees Celsius — nice and refreshing!
Bidfood is the leading online foodservice wholesaler in the Netherlands. As an order picker at Bidfood in Ede, you contribute to delivering high-quality products to your favorite restaurants. The locations include the National Distribution Center (LDC), where shelf-stable products are stored. And the National Fresh Center (LVC). Come join the LVC team as an order picker and be part of a dynamic team!
At Bidfood, there is a friendly atmosphere. For example, you receive a BBQ package in the summer and a Christmas package during Christmas.

To keep the warehouse running smoothly, it is important that you, as a warehouse worker:
As a warehouse worker, you will be in charge of assembling orders using the voice picking system. You locate the necessary products in the warehouse and place them in roll containers. Once the order is complete, you transport the roll container to the loading point. The packers then ensure that the roll container is sent to the correct customer. This job can be physically demanding, as you will need to lift boxes and crates weighing up to 20 kg.
Are you ready to invest your energy in a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same? Become an order picker and ensure that customers receive what they need while training your muscles! For this position it's important that you are able to apply for a VOG (Conduct of good behavior). For every hour worked in the freezer, you receive a €1.30 allowance on top of your starting salary, resulting in an hourly wage of €16,28. For every hour worked in the cold storage, you receive a €0.57 allowance on top of your salary.
