As a Warehouse Employee, you are the heart of our logistics process. You start by unloading trucks full of packages. Your workday at Royal Flora starts early in the morning. ☀️ As a warehouse employee you’ll start at 05:45h already! The time you finish depends on the workload of that day. Usually you finish work between 09:30h and 12:00h. Enough time to do other fun stuff then!

You handle orders filled with beautiful flowers and plants for the flower auction! 🌷You drive on a small vehicle all around the warehouse, orderpicking flowers. Order complete? Great, then you drive to the other department to hand them over. Grab a new empty cart and off you go again! We’ll teach you everything about operating this vehicle on your very first day. 🥳

what will you do

As a warehouse employee, you will ensure customers receive exactly what they’ve ordered. Using an easy-to-use computer system, you will collect the products and place them in the correct crates that come along the conveyor belt. Once you complete one order, you will mark it off and move on to the next. You will be moving around a lot during your shift. You will work with ambient products in a room temperature area and in the cooled area where fresh product are stored (about 4°C). Don’t worry, Picnic provides warm clothing like a sweater, gloves and a hat to keep you comfortable, also in these temperatures.
