who are you
You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. You meet the following requirements:

• Completed MBO 4 education, preferably in logistics
• Proven experience with inbound ocean and rail freight
• Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Skilled in using Excel
• Ability to work independently and with high accuracy
• Experience with TMS is considered an advantage

what will you do
As an Inbound Transport Coordinator, you will be instrumental in planning and overseeing incoming container shipments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include proactively resolving any logistical challenges, maintaining constant communication with clients and transport providers, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes. You will ensure all data is accurately recorded within our FIS system to maintain reliable transport information.

• Maintaining regular communication with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates on inbound shipments.
• Actively contributing to the optimization of our inbound planning processes by identifying areas for improvement.
• Accurately recording all relevant transport information in our FIS system, ensuring data integrity.
