Medewerkers werken nauw samen in ploegendiensten waarbij procesbewaking en het oplossen van operationele knelpunten centraal staan. In Hardenberg ligt de nadruk op het borgen van productkwaliteit door nauwkeurige instellingen van machines, het uitvoeren van controles en het doorvoeren van kleine technische bijstellingen waar nodig. De organisatie investeert in opleidingen om medewerkers te laten groeien in hun vak en faciliteert praktijkgerichte trainingen om technische kennis te vergroten en afwijkingen sneller op te lossen. Er is aandacht voor veilige werkomstandigheden en een professionele, collegiale sfeer die samenwerking en vakmanschap stimuleert. Functie-inhoud Je stelt, bedient en bewaakt het extrusieproces. Je stelt en bedient extrusiemachines volgens productievoorschriften. Je bewaakt procesparameters en productkwaliteit. Je signaleert en verhelpt kleine storingen en afwijkingen. Je voert dagelijkse controles en overdrachten uit binnen de 3-ploegendienst. Je monitort PLC-gestuurde extrusielijnen, stelt recepturen in en voert eerste-lijns storingsanalyse en aanpassingen uit. Functie-eisen MBO-3 werk- en denkniveau of vergelijkbare opleiding. Bereidheid om het VAPRO-B diploma te behalen of in bezit van VAPRO-B. Ervaring met productieprocessen of bediening van productiemachines is een pre. Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitgericht werken met oog voor procesbeheersing. Oplossingsgericht handelen en rustig blijven onder druk in ploegendienst. Bereidheid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken en samen te werken in een team. Over de vacature

Wat je gaat doen As a production worker, you will work with steel components that are finished with a high-quality plastic coating. This is not standard mass production, but technical work where precision and a high-quality finish are important. You will learn, among other things, how to weld plastic and work alongside experienced colleagues who will teach you the job in practice.Your responsibilities will include: - Processing various types of plastic materials; Applying plastic coatings to steel components; Plastic welding; Welding and processing steel when required; Checking the quality and finish of the products; Ensuring that every product is completed neatly and according to the required standards.
