Eurail is seeking an experienced IT support professional to join their team as a technical agent. This role focuses on providing first-line support for escalated technical issues. The position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with office days at their Utrecht location, conveniently situated just minutes from Utrecht Centraal Station. • 3200-4000 per month based on full time
• Office next to Utrecht Central Station
• Temporary contract for 7 months
• International employer in the travel industry

• 32-40 hours available per week

You are an experienced technical agent with a degree in IT or a related field. You possess a strong understanding of API, app-based, or web-based applications. You can effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Additionally, you are:

• Detail oriented and have great problem-solving skills;
• Experience with AWS, Zendesk, ClickUp, CommerceTools, and other technical support tools are a big plus;
• A great mulitasker.

Some of your daily tasks will be:

• Help various Eurail departments answer technical questions, stepping in to provide customer service with solutions for traveler difficulties.
• Verify, reproduce, and recategorize IT Ops issues based on impact and urgency.
• Analyze question trends to offer solutions and test promotional product restrictions and functionality.
