Who you are

As an operational teamleader, you maintain a bird's-eye view. You maintain an overview and quickly recognize the urgency of certain matters. You also possess effective interpersonal skills. You communicate at all levels and understand that clear communication is essential! This role operates within a 5-shift system with the following working hours: 06:00 - 15:00, 14:45 - 23:45, and 22:00 - 07:00. Furthermore, you meet the following requirements:

What will you do

As an operations teamleader you work in two shifts from 06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 0:00. You will oversee the daily operations within your logistics team. You will be responsible for staffing planning and managing costs. You generate reports to ensure all data is processed accurately and timely.
