who are you
For this role, Lidl is looking for experienced drivers who work accurately and keep their commitments:

• You are available full time from 07:30 to 16:30, for a longer period of time.
• You are available on Saturdays.
• You hold a valid reach truck certificate and have proven experience operating a reachtruck.
• You speak and understand English or Dutch fluently.
• You are physically flexible and comfortable working in various temperature zones (ranging from ambient to -24°C).
• You have your own transport (car, motorcycle, or scooter) to ensure absolute punctuality, especially during weekends when public transport is unavailable.

what will you do
You will start your day in a highly organized distribution center. Armed with your headset and reach truck, you will ensure that Lidl stores are always fully stocked.

• Collecting orders using a voice-logistics headset system.
• Safely and securely moving and storing pallets in the racks using the reach truck.
• Loading and unloading delivery trucks.
• Checking incoming goods for quality, correctness, and quantities.
• Ensuring a tidy and safe working environment together with your colleagues.

who are you
As a Reach truck driver at Logista, you must meet the following requirements:

• You possess a valid reach truck license.
• You are available full-time for 37.5 to 40 hours per week.
• You are open for occasional weekend shifts.
• You can work fixed day shifts (07:00–15:30, 08:00–16:30, or 10:00–18:30).
• You speak and understand English fluently.
• You are able to lift boxes up to 15 kg.
• You have your own transport (car, scooter, or bike) or reliable public transport.

what will you do
Your main goal? Ensuring all goods are moved safely and efficiently through the warehouse using the reach truck. You will be working primarily with tobacco products and other convenience goods. Because you are working with valuable items, following security procedures is an important part of your daily routine. Your typical daily tasks include:

• Operating the reach truck to safely move pallets, put away incoming goods, and replenish stock.
• Acting as a true team player by stepping off the truck to assist your colleagues with order picking and pick-and-pack activities when needed.
• Making sure your workspace stays clean and strictly following all safety and security rules on the floor.
