As a production worker, you will work for a large pharmaceutical company focused on medicines and nutritional products. This company has over 55 locations worldwide! At the Tilburg location, you will work alongside 60 colleagues in a real "family atmosphere." Furthermore, they focus on long-term employee retention; if you perform well, a permanent contract from the client may be offered.

You already have some experience as a production worker! That’s great, because you’ll need it here! You’ll become a jack of all trades here at Tarkett! And also, you:
Your job will be very diverse. Nice, because you’ll never have a dull moment as a production worker! You make sure that the quality of the floors are always up to standard. You keep an eye on your machines and you make sure that it’s a safe place to work. With you at work only the finest carpets will leave the warehouse!
All of this you’ll do together with a great team of production workers. You’ll work in three shifts. The morning shift is from 07:00h - 15:00h. The afternoon shift is from 15:00h - 23:00h. And the night shift is from 23:00h - 07:00h. Nice, right?

To keep the factory running, it is important that you meet the following requirements as a production worker:
You won't get bored as a production employee at Tarkett, because your job will be so varied! You maintain the machines and you make sure the flooring we make are super high quality. Also, you make sure the work place is always safe! With you at work, the best floors will be made! You do this together with a close team.
You'll be working in 3 shifts: 07:00h - 15:00h, 15:00h - 23:00h and 23:00h - 07:00h.
