Do you prefer working in a production environment? Do you work accurately and safely, and are you looking for a job for the next 6 months? We are looking for a production worker for a large pharmaceutical company in Tilburg! Earn a minimum of €19.74 gross per hour, excluding holiday allowance!

• €19.74 per hour (incl. 30% shift allowance).
• A temporary contract for 6 months.
• Quality worker position for six months.

• 37 hours per week in a 5-shift schedule.

As a production worker, you possess a great sense of responsibility and an eye for detail. You are physically fit and enjoy a clean and safe workspace. Additionally, you can work well independently. What else do we find important?

• You have a good command of the Dutch or English language (this is a strict requirement);
• You are available full-time in a 5-shift schedule;
• You have experience in production work.

Do you want to contribute to a production process where quality comes first? Depending on which department you are assigned to, your day will look as follows:

• Gel, Medicine & Tankwash: Here, you lay the foundation. You prepare the gelatin for the capsule shell and manufacture the medicine filling. Additionally, in the Tankwash department, you ensure all equipment is spotless for the next round. Weighing ra
• Dispensing & Encapsulation: This is the core of the process, where the filling is accurately encapsulated into the gelatin shell. Spreading capsules on trays; documenting data in BMR, forms, logbooks, and tags.
• Post Production: The final check. Here, the capsules are polished, inspected for quality, printed (if applicable), and prepared for bulk packaging. Measuring capsule hardness before starting visual inspection; visual inspection of capsules on trays;

As a production worker, you will work for a large pharmaceutical company focused on medicines and nutritional products. This company has over 55 locations worldwide! At the Tilburg location, you will work alongside 60 colleagues in a real "family atmosphere." Furthermore, they focus on long-term employee retention; if you perform well, a permanent contract from the client may be offered.
