We are looking for a HR professional who is interested in working at Nike European Headquarters in Hilversum.
The Global Process Delivery Professional role is responsible for executing core HR work for the Global Process Delivery function, including monitoring tasks and tickets in Workday and ServiceNow. This role understands the employee lifecycle and its impact on systems and data. The EMEA GPD team specifically handles employee lifecycle events, ensuring Nike employee data is accurate and complete for various events like new hires, leaves, and employee changes. This includes monitoring their ServiceNow queue and meeting performance indicators. A near-term focus for this professional will be on Leaves Administration in several EMEA countries. The role is part of Nike People Solutions and Teammate Experience Delivery teams, collaborating with other HR teams like compensation, payroll, and benefits. It also requires country expertise to ensure local legal compliance.

Your alarm goes off and you get up full of good spirit. Your shift at Polytec in Roosendaal as a production employee is about to start. On your way to work you see cars from the brands Mercedes, Jaguar and Landrover. You will work with those brands today! When you arrive at work, you greet your colleagues, have a drink and then your work day begins. You will be involved in the pressing and finishing of bottom plates for cars. You make sure that the operation of the machines is in accordance with the instructions. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the products are ready on time to go to the customer.
Where will you workAs a production employee you will work within the Polytec Group. Together with 4,500 employees, you ensure that the products are produced from 12 countries around the world and that they can be delivered to the customer on time. The Polytec Group has been a global leader in the automotive industry for over 50 years.
