Who you are
As a production employee it is important that you meet the following requirements:

• You can work in a 4-degree working environment;
• You are willing to work 3 to 5 shifts per week, with at least 2 weekdays;
• You live in the area of Warmenhuizen or can get there easily;
• You have your own transportation;
• You are available for morning shifts: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM / 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM;
• You are at least 160cm tall;
• You are 18 years or older due to working hours.

What will you do

Who you are
As a packing employee, you are physically fit to stand along the production line during your shift. Further, you fulfill the following requirements:

• You are available at least 3 days a week;
• You are at least 18 years old due to working hours;
• You have your own accommodation in the area of Leerdam;
• You speak English or Dutch;
• You are physically fit to pack the glasses at a fast pace;
• You can work at least in the night shift: 21:45-05:45;
• You can work preferably one other extra shift from: 05:45-13:45 or 13:45-21:45.

What will you do
As a packing employee you will work in the glass factory in Leerdam. You have your own place along the production line where you check the glasses for quality. ✨ You then pack them in boxes. 📦 You will receive instructions how exactly the glasses should be packed. After this, you stack the boxes on pallets. These boxes are picked up by your colleague with a forklift. This way, the glasses can be sent to IKEA on time. Let's go! 🚀

Where will you work
As a packing employee you find yourself in a paradise of glasses. You work in the factory of Leerdam Crisal Glass. IKEA glasses are produced here. Interesting to see! 😃 There is a nice, informal working atmosphere in the warehouse. There is always room for a chat during your work. That's why you quickly feel at home. 🤍 But of course we also work hard to send the glasses to the customer on time. Are you doing well? Then you can work at LCG for longer period of time! 🚀
