Jij zorgt dat het proces blijft draaien. Van grondstof tot eindproduct.
Je werkt vanuit de controlekamer of op de werkvloer. En schakelt snel als het nodig is.

Wat je precies doet:

• Je houdt het extrusieproces nauw in de gaten
• Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en stelt de machine bij waar nodig
• Je grijpt in bij storingen
• Je zorgt voor schone machines en een nette werkplek
• Je denkt mee over verbeteringen
• Je sluit je shift goed af met een ploegoverdracht.

Je gaat aan de slag bij een stabiel en modern productiebedrijf in de kunststofsector. Vanuit een hypermoderne locatie worden grondstoffen verwerkt tot kunststofgranulaat. Dat doen ze duurzaam én op grote schaal. De fabriek draait 24/7 in 3-ploegensysteem. Alles wat hier gebeurt, staat of valt met een goed productieproces. En daar kom jij in beeld.

Je komt terecht in een klein, vast team. Daardoor ken je je collega’s snel en schakel je makkelijk. Iedereen weet wat-ie aan elkaar heeft.

Wat we jou bieden

• €3.400 tot €4.400 bruto per maand (inclusief ploegentoeslag)
• 30 vakantiedagen (o.b.v. 40-urige werkweek) + 8% vakantiegeld

• You have an MBO working and/or thinking level;

The Operator A is responsible for ensuring that the assigned production line operates efficiently, producing products that meet both quality and quantity standards. This role involves performing basic production tasks while strictly adhering to safety and quality regulations.

Your key Responsibilities:

• Set up and monitor machines and automated processes
• Track production, manage orders, and make adjustments
• Perform quality checks, including metal detection, and report issues
• Maintain order and safety on the line
• Guide and supervise line staff to ensure compliance
• Escalate any deviations

Working hours:

• Our warehouses operate 24/7, so the work schedule includes weekend shifts as well as morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

Shift start times vary depending on the shift and the team. For example, a morning shift may start at 06:00, 08:00, or 10:00.
