Het volgende beeld ken je vast wel: het gangpad in de supermarkt met blik verpakte groente & fruit. Voor dat deze in de supermarkt staan, moet er nog veel werk gedaan worden. Hier zit een heel proces achter en daar kan jij betrokken bij zijn. Wat wordt er gezocht? Een allround procesoperator voor op de productievloer. Het is jou verantwoordelijkheid om het proces samen met je team goed te laten verlopen. Dit doe je door
het bedienen van de machines. Een storing in het proces los je op. Ideeën ter verbetering mag je altijd delen
bij de Shiftleader.

Dit is belangrijk om even na te lopen;
wat ga je doen
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het operationele proces productie. Door het bedienen van de machines zorg jij ervoor dat de verse producten op een goede manier worden verduurzaamd. Zijn er nog verbeteringen op de afdeling? Je legt ze neer bij de Shiftleader en samen zorgen jullie voor een goedlopende en fijne afdeling.
Tijdens een werkdag heb je natuurlijk ook even pauze. Na je pauze in de kantine ga je weer terug naar de werkvloer. Je ziet dat er in het productieproces een storing is. Je zorgt dat de storing opgelost wordt en het proces weer door kan lopen. Tussendoor controleer je de kwaliteit van de producten en onderneem je, indien nodig, actie.
