Bij Summox werk je aan een innovatief medisch systeem dat het reinigen, desinfecteren en steriliseren van instrumenten terugbrengt van ruim 2 uur naar slechts 15 minuten. Jouw werk is direct bepalend voor de betrouwbaarheid van een technologie die in klinieken en praktijken wereldwijd wordt gebruikt.

Over de functie

In deze rol werk je in de productie en testomgeving waar mechanica, precisie en kwaliteit samenkomen. Jij bouwt, test en controleert complete systemen voordat ze worden vrijgegeven.

Een typische werkdag bestaat uit het assembleren van modules, het uitvoeren van tests volgens vast protocol en het analyseren van afwijkingen. Je schakelt direct met engineering wanneer iets niet klopt en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in het proces.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Assembleren van fijnmechanische en mechatronische componenten van het sterilisatiesysteem
• Uitvoeren van functionele en kwaliteitscontroles op complete systemen
• Testen en valideren van systemen volgens vastgestelde specificaties en procedures
• Signaleren, analyseren en oplossen van technische afwijkingen
• Registreren van testresultaten en rapporteren aan engineering en operations
• Meedenken over verbeteringen in assemblage- en testprocessen

Wie ben jij?

• Mbo-4 opleiding in mechatronica, werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar
• Ervaring met assemblage en/of testen van technische systemen
• Je kunt technische afwijkingen analyseren en vastleggen
• Je werkt nauwkeurig en volgens vaste procedures
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands of Engels in een technische omgeving
• Ervaring met medische technologie of gereguleerde omgevingen (ISO/GMP)
• Ervaring met mechatronische of fijnmechanische systemen
• Affiniteit met test- en validatieprocessen (V&V)
