Bedrijfsomschrijving Delpharm Meppel is gespecialiseerd in de productie van geneesmiddelen voor internationale markten. De locatie beschikt over geavanceerde productielijnen voor onder andere tabletten, capsules en korrels. Het bedrijf werkt volgens strikte kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen (GMP, QHSE) en biedt een professionele werkomgeving met moderne faciliteiten. De fabriek is centraal gelegen in Meppel, goed bereikbaar via de A28 en A32, met ruime parkeergelegenheid en een veilige fietsenstalling. Het team bestaat uit technisch gekwalificeerde collega's die samenwerken aan de betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie van het productieproces. FunctieomschrijvingIn de functie van onderhoudsmonteur productie installaties ben je primair belast met het uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan diverse productiemachines en installaties. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit het analyseren en verhelpen van storingen (elektrisch, mechanisch en pneumatisch), het uitvoeren van inspecties, periodiek onderhoud en het documenteren van alle verrichte werkzaamheden volgens de geldende procedures. Daarnaast begeleid je, indien nodig, externe technici bij onderhouds- of modificatiewerkzaamheden en neem je deel aan projectteams bij de implementatie van nieuwe apparatuur. Je rapporteert afwijkingen, doet verbetervoorstellen en draagt bij aan de optimalisatie van het productieproces. Je bent werkzaam in een ploegendienst (2 of 4 ploegen), afhankelijk van de operationele behoefte. Je werkt met moderne apparatuur, volgt strikt de QHSE-eisen en waarborgt continuïteit van het productieproces. Who you are
Does this sound like you?:

• A completed technical education at MBO-4 level;
• 1 year of relevant work experience within a manufacturing or maintenance environment;
• Knowledge of technical drawings and schematics;
• Good command of the Dutch or English languages;
• In possession of Basic VCA and NEN 3140 certificates, or willing to obtain these;
• Experience with Microsoft Office;
• An independent working attitude combined with a strong team mentality.

What will you do
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be engaged in both electrical and mechanical work. Your responsibilities include:

• Performing preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment;
• Overhauling and replacing machine components;
• Analyzing and troubleshooting complex faults;
• Managing and monitoring utilities and related installations;
• Performing installation work and machine set-ups;
• Identifying areas for improvement and proposing optimizations;
• Drafting, managing, and updating maintenance documentation.
