Hou je van sleutelen en wil je bouwen aan machines die de hele wereld over gaan? Je werkt vanaf tekening naar een complete machine en bouwt stap voor stap door tot alles klopt en klaar is voor transport. Van begin tot eind ben je betrokken bij het project en zie je hoe losse onderdelen één machine worden. Klinkt dit als jouw volgende stap? Je nieuwe baan Wat ga je allemaal doen? Je werkt in de werkplaats aan het opbouwen van machines en onderdelen. Je pakt de tekening erbij en gaat aan de slag. Soms bouw je een machine samen met een paar collega’s, soms ben je zelfstandig bezig met een onderdeel. Je werkt met metaal, gereedschap en technische onderdelen en zorgt dat alles netjes en goed in elkaar zit. Het is geen repetitiewerk. Elke machine is anders, dus je moet blijven nadenken en scherp blijven. Tussendoor overleg je met collega’s, stel je vragen of kijk je even mee bij een ander. Zie je een fout of iets dat beter kan, dan pak je dat meteen op. Wat je maakt blijft niet in de hoek staan: de machines waar jij aan werkt, worden klaargemaakt voor verzending naar klanten overal ter wereld. Dat maakt het werk afwisselend én tastbaar. Je ziet elke dag waar je aan hebt gewerkt. Over het bedrijf Een korte introductie Je gaat aan de slag bij een internationale speler in de machinebouw. Dit bedrijf ontwerpt en bouwt installaties voor het verwerken van grondstoffen in de voedings- en diervoederindustrie. Vrijwel alles gebeurt in eigen huis: van engineering en productie tot assemblage en montage. De locatie in de Achterhoek is zoals verwacht: nuchter, praktisch en zonder poespas. Gewoon samen aan het werk. Je komt terecht in een vast team van vakmensen die weten wat ze doen. De lijnen zijn kort en je schakelt makkelijk met collega’s van andere afdelingen. Wat dit werk mooi maakt? De machines die je hier bouwt, gaan de hele wereld over. Je ziet dus écht wat jouw werk oplevert. Geen lopende band en geen standaardwerk, maar maatwerk. Dat zorgt voor afwisseling en technische uitdaging. • Technical background: secondary vocational education (MBO level 2+) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive or Electronics. Or relevant assembly experience.
• Analytical skills: ability to read technical drawings, parts lists, and pneumatic or electrical schematics.
• Work permit: you are currently living in the Netherlands.

what will you do
From the raw components to a fully operational machine, you build the technology of tomorrow. Your day-to-day includes:

• Assembly: assembling and mounting high-end machines, mechatronic modules, or sub-assemblies from technical drawings.
• System integration: mounting and connecting components.
• Fine-tuning & testing: precisely adjusting, aligning, and testing built installations to ensure flawless operation.
• Quality control: detecting dimensional deviations and ensuring every end product meets strict quality standards.
• Collaboration & continuous improvement: suggesting process or design enhancements to optimize assembly.
