As a logistics employee nightshifts, you help with loading and unloading trucks. This means moving roll containers that can weigh up to 150 kilos. No problem for you! Additionally, you are available for at least three evenings/nights and:
What will you do
PostNL Tiel is one of PostNL's crossdock locations. Here, roll containers full of packages are transferred to be sent to the correct destination with a different driver. How does this work? Trucks arrive with, for example, three roll containers for the Tilburg region and three for the Breda region. Each region is collected separately so that a full truck can drive to Tilburg and another to Breda. This saves unnecessary trips across the country for just a few roll containers. As a logistics employee nightshifts, you unload the trucks and place the roll containers in the right sections. Is there an empty truck that needs to be filled? You make sure the correct roll containers are loaded. Then you neatly put the roll containers back into the truck.

The PostNL Tiel warehouse is located at Hoekwei 6 in Tiel. You can easily reach it by car, bike or scooter. With an international team of colleagues, you ensure all packages are sent with the right driver. It can be hard work on the floor, but everyone helps each other out to make the job easier. At DSV Road Ede, you'll work as a warehouse employee. You will prepare the goods and transport them to the correct location. Thanks to you and your team, the logistics process runs smoothly. You’ll do this using an electric pallet truck (EPT). Whether or not you have experience, that’s no problem. As long as you give it your full 110%!
Your working hours are: 07:30 - 16:00, 16:00 - 23:00, or 21:30 - 06:00. You might be asked to work an alternative shift, such as from 13:00 to 21:30. Between the hours of 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM, you will receive an 8.75% bonus for every hour worked!
