We have several positions available, such as packers, forklift drivers, and reach truck drivers. Are you available full-time immediately to work day shifts? who are you
We are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working people who want to earn some extra money this summer! You are reliable and work with great accuracy. You enjoy working in a team, but you are also highly capable of working independently. You can choose whether you want to work as a Packer, or get started as a reach truck or forklift driver. In addition, you recognize yourself in the following points:
- You are fluent in Dutch and/or English
- You are able to work day shifts
- You are available to work throughout June, July, and August
- You hold a valid reach truck or forklift certificate (if you wish to work as a reach truck or forklift driver)
what will you do
For the summer holidays, you can choose the position that suits you best. However, for all roles, you will be working day shifts: three weeks from 07:00 to 16:00, and one week from 09:00 to 18:00. Below you will find an overview of the tasks for each position:
- Packer: You will pack products that need to be prepared for shipment. These are all different kinds of electrical products. Think of items like cables or internet routers.
- Reach Truck Driver: You will work as an order picker. You will drive the reach truck through the warehouse and know how to collect the right orders. Together with a team, you are responsible for selecting the correct orders.
- Forklift Driver: As an order picker, you will drive a forklift through the warehouse to collect the right items. This involves various products, such as cables and internet routers. You will work together with a team to ensure all orders are correct.

Who you are
As a logistics employee at GXO it is important that you meet the following requirements:
- You are full-time available from Monday to Friday
- You are available in rotating shifts from 6:00 AM to 15:00 PM and 15:00 PM to 22:00 PM
- You live within 30 kilometers of Schiphol so you can get here easily and quickly
- You are physically fit to lift boxes up until 20 kilograms
- You speak English
What will you do
You will work full-time as a logistics employee, 40 hours a week. Monday to Friday is your standard working week in a fixed schedule! This will be in 2 shifts (6:00 AM - 15:00 PM and 13:00 PM - 22:00 PM). As a logistics employee you will work in the inbound or outbound department. Together with your team you are responsible for all orders. These must be placed in the right place or collected for shipment. You can also learn to drive a reach truck and collect orders with it. With your order list you drive through the warehouse to collect all orders together. It is important that you do this safely and accurately. You will pack and seal the orders. Sometimes you have to replace boxes as well. They can weigh up until 20 kilograms. Herewith you could use your muscles! You work together with enthusiastic colleagues. Your day flies by!
