Over de functie Klanten telefonisch te woord staan en helpen met het vinden van dé oplossing; Vragen die binnenkomen via de e-mails en chat berichten beantwoorden; Gepersonaliseerde offertes samenstellen naar de wensen van de klant; Je helpt mee om de website te optimaliseren en verder uit te breiden. Jouw groei is belangrijk en hier wordt je dan ook in gesteund; Een salarisindicatie van 2600 tot 3500 euro o.b.v. 40 uur, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring; Een functie voor 32 tot 40 uur per week; Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,25 per km tot maximaal 50 km totaal per dag Uitstekende pensioenregeling. Wat vragen wij van jou Minimaal een mbo-4 diploma op zak; Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend en ook de Engelse taal is je niet vreemd; Je bent communicatief vaardig en bent niet bang om de telefoon op te pakken; En, mocht je stiekem een voorliefde voor de horeca hebben, dan is dat mooi meegenomen. Are you fluent in German and interested in building a career in sales? We are looking for a **Junior Account Manager to support and further develop their German market.You don’t need extensive sales experience. You’ll receive training and work alongside an experienced colleague while gradually building your own client portfolio.*What You’ll Do Manage and develop relationships with German B2B clients;- Answer questions about products, orders and delivery times;- Prepare and follow up on quotations;- Follow up on leads and convert them into new business;- Identify sales opportunities within existing accounts;- Introduce clients to new products and product lines;- Learn to negotiate prices and commercial terms;- Join client visits and trade fairs in Germany;- Work closely with sales support, purchasing and logistics. As you gain experience, you’ll take more ownership of your accounts and independently manage your German client portfolio. # Requirements *Who You Are Fluent in *German , both written and spoken;- Good command of *English and/or Dutch ;- MBO+/HBO level of education or equivalent working level;- Commercial, proactive and customer-focused;- Confident communicating with clients by phone and email;- Motivated to learn sales and negotiation;- Experience in B2B sales, e-commerce or retail is an advantage, but *not required .
