You perform testing of motherboards and provide feedback on defects to the quality team. who are you
You are the Testing and Rework Technician, we are looking for when:

• You have 2 years experience with hardware and operating systems
• You have experience with Windows Office
• You have good technical insight and strong visual inspection skills
• You understand common interfaces and their functions
• You have your own transport to get to Super Micro
• You are already living in the area of Den Bosch

what will you do
As a Testing and Rework Technician you combine testing with hands-on rework. You make sure products meet quality standards by identifying, troubleshooting, and repairing defects. Together with your team, you keep processes running smoothly and efficiently.

• Perform testing and rework of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) products.
• Conduct software rework, ECO, BIOS, and firmware upgrades.
• Perform testing of motherboards, back planes, and AOCs.
• Document inspection results and provide feedback on defects to the quality team.
• Follow standard testing procedures and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ensure compliance with company and production department policies and procedures.
• Collect and analyze data for process improvements.
