Uit kwaliteitscontrole, bevoorraadden van de machine, wegpakken van gereed product, verhelpen van (kleine) storingen.Daarnaast denk je effectief mee over procesoptimalisatie met jouw team van vaste collega's maar ook met de programmeurs en engineers. As a machine operator, you’ll work with advanced machinery in a 3-shift system, ensuring smooth production processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Your responsibilities will include: - Operating glass processing machines, such as cutting and CNC machines, to ensure efficient and safe production. Setting up and adjusting machine parameters to meet specific product requirements. Inspecting glass products to ensure they meet strict quality standards before delivery. Performing basic maintenance and minor repairs on machines to minimize downtime. Collaborating with your team to optimize production processes and maintain a safe working environment. Here's what you can expect when you join our team: A starting salary of €3224 gross per month, including shift allowance. A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position. A full-time workweek of 38 hours in a 3-shift system. 8% holiday allowance to enjoy your well-deserved time off. Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer. A bonus system of up to €2500 gross per year.
