Who you are
To become an assistant teamleader, you’ll need to meet the following requirements:

• You are available full-time from Monday to Friday;
• You are available in 2 dayshifts: 08:15-17:15 en 11:00 - 20:00;
• You have extensive experience in logistics in various departments;
• You’re good at working with people;
• You live near Samsung Breda (near the furniture boulevard);
• You speak and understand English.

What will you do
You’re going to be working as an assistant teamleader on the picking department. You’ll have lots of different tasks, so your job will never be boring! ✨You’ll also help in the warehouse, so you understand the workload for your colleagues.

• You create the daily schedule 📒 and make sure that everything runs smoothly.
• You’re the main point of contact for colleagues. You coordinate progress with the other departments.
• You perform hourly checks ⏰ on the pending workload and carry out 'wave completion checks' to ensure all orders are processed before the cut-off time.
• In the absence of the teamleader, you take the lead in meetings and assist with employee performance evaluations.

Samsung Breda is located very conveniently, right next to the furniture boulevard. Samsung has a nice canteen with fresh and cheap sandwiches. Samsung always has something tasty to offer during your break 🤤. Also, there’s fun events during special days, like a ping-pong tournament! 😊
