What we offerTo become an assistant teamleader, you’ll need to meet the following requirements:
You will start as an assistant teamleader on the outbound department at Samsung Tilburg. This means you will help your team on the work floor and manage them! In the outbound department all products are brought to the right location. This is done with an EPT, reachtruck or forklift. On outbound they also make sure products are ready for shipment. Put everything neatly on a pallet, seal and label everything. Great! Everything is running smoothly. If there’s a problem, you’ll make sure it gets resolved. You’ll also communicate with the teamleader. One thing is certain: your job will never be boring! 😉
Where will you workYou’re going to be working at Samsung in Tilburg. The warehouse is quite informal, so you’ll get to know your coworkers in no-time! Enjoy a fresh sandwich during lunchtime in the canteen. And if you like it: they sometimes organize something fun like a ping-pong tournament!

What we offerTo become an assistant teamleader, the following is required:
As an assistant teamleader you'll work closely with your team in the UPC department. UPC stands for: Used Parts Collections. Here they check used Samsung products, like phones 📱 and tablets 💻. If the product has visible damage, it's destroyed. With no visible damage, the product gets sent back to Korea. People are working a lot behind the computer, so of course you know a thing or two about it too! 😉
You'll help you're colleagues on the work floor, but you're also going to lead the department. You'll make sure the department hits it's targets. When there's a problem, you solve it or discuss it with the teamleader. You will definitely have a very varying job! 😊
You'll find Samsung at the furniture boulevard in Breda. You can get there very easily buy bike, car or even by bus! The work environment is quite informal. You'll get to know your colleagues in no time! Of course you'll have your breaks together. You can enjoy a fresh sandwich in the canteen. On special occasions they also organize cool events! Like a ping pong tournament. You can get to know your colleagues in a different way 😉.
