• Communication: You speak fluent English or Dutch.
• Experience: You have previous experience in a leadership role (or the clear ambition and aptitude to take on this responsibility).
• Flexibility: You are available for 2 or 3 shifts and don't mind working the occasional Sunday.

what will you do
As the Assistant Team Lead, you are the right hand of the Team Leader. You don't just sit in an office; you are on the floor, where the action happens.

• Lead & Motivate: Guide and coach a team of up to 50 employees to reach their daily targets.
• Operational Excellence: Keep a birds-eye view of the outbound process and ensure everyone knows their priorities.
• Hands-on Support: Work alongside your team to understand bottlenecks and solve them in real-time.
• Quality Control: Recognize what is going well and identify areas for improvement to maintain our high service standards.

Located near the city center of Roosendaal, Active Ants is a leader in e-fulfilment. We handle the entire logistics process for hundreds of webshops. Our warehouse is a blend of human talent and state-of-the-art robotics, making it an exciting and dynamic place to build your career.

what will you do
This company imports batteries for their customers. You are charging and discharging the products and make everything in order. It is an international company, so speaking English is a must!
In this vital role, you’ll collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor and other departments to manage product allocation, streamline order preparation, and ensure efficient warehouse operations.

As a Warehouse Assistant you are responsible for the logistics part and the logistics administration.

• Product receiving inspection;
• Stock unloading and product counting;
• Stock receiving, allocations and records provision;
• Product re-packing;
• Preparation of sub-assemblies;
• Product orders picking and loading;
• Assigned tools and equipment maintenance;
• Updating the daily stock report
