What we offerAs an assistant team leader, it is important that you meet the following requirements:
As an assistant team leader at Samsung, you will work in the inventory department. Here they count parts. The focus is on quality and details. The parts are then brought into the warehouse with an EPT (Electric Pallet Truck). You will ensure that everything runs smoothly in this department. This means that you will sometimes help on the work floor, but also manage the team. Are there deviations or exceptions? Then you’ll make sure that this runs smoothly. You also solve problems that might occur in the department. You will communicate problems to the manager when you notice them. So no day is the same! 😊
Where will you workYou will be working at Samsung Breda. You can easily find this warehouse, as it is located at the furniture boulevard. Fancy something tasty after work? There is plenty to find at the furniture boulevard! Fortunately, Samsung also has a nice canteen. You can get something tasty here during your break. The atmosphere on the work floor is informal and friendly. On special days, fun things are also organized, such as a ping-pong tournament. This way you can challenge each other in a different way 😉!

PostNL Zaltbommel is a transfer and storage location, also known as a cross-dock, not a sorting center. A lot of trucks come to the depot; some arrive to unload roll containers, while others come to load them. You will ensure that containers are correctly placed for each driver, assisting with both loading and unloading. This includes positioning containers so they are ready for the next driver or stored temporarily without obstructing others. Arriving at the large PostNL warehouse in Zaltbommel, you greet your colleagues and grab a quick drink. You put on your work shoes, store your belongings in a locker, and get ready to start your shift!

What we offerAs a warehouse worker, you will be busy sorting packages. It’s important that you can handle physical work. You will also recognize yourself in the following:
As our newest team member, your main focus will be package wizardry! Kick off your shift by clocking in, lacing up your safety shoes, and joining the quick team huddle. Your team leader will clue you in on the package volume and your station for the day. You'll be mastering the conveyor belt, which means swiftly and accurately placing every single package onto the belt. This is a physical gig! Packages come in all shapes and sizes, and you need to keep that steady, sharp pace to make sure everything gets sorted on time!
