Wat ga je doen?

Als fulltime Allround Machine Operator Verpakking in Nieuwkoop ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen, instellen en afbouwen van verschillende verpakkingsmachines binnen ons productieproces. Je bent flexibel inzetbaar op alle werkplekken en zorgt ervoor dat de productie soepel verloopt. Je voert eerstelijnsonderhoud uit, signaleert storingen en voert eenvoudige reparaties uit. Daarnaast draag je bij aan procesverbeteringen en werk je nauw samen met je collega’s en de technische dienst. Veiligheid, kwaliteit en een schone werkplek staan bij jou voorop.

Je start in een dagdienst met werktijden van 06:00-15:00, 08:00-17:00 of 09:00-18:00. Na ongeveer 6 maanden is er de mogelijkheid over te gaan naar een 2-ploegendienst met de volgende diensten:

• Vroege dienst: 06:00-15:00
• Late dienst: 14:45-23:45

Werken in ploegendienst vraagt flexibiliteit en bereidheid om je aan te passen aan wisselende werktijden.

Wie ben je?

• MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting proces/productie of werktuigbouwkunde.
• Technisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen.
• Hands-on mentaliteit en zelfstartend vermogen.
• Nauwkeurig, flexibel en stressbestendig.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; beheersing van Engels en bij voorkeur ook Nederlands.
• Basiskennis voedselveiligheid.
• Bereidheid om te werken in ploegendiensten (start in dagdienst, later mogelijk 2-ploegendienst).
• Fysiek in staat om regelmatig te staan, tillen en lopen.
• Beschikbaar voor een 40-urige werkweek.

Als allround operator speel je een belangrijke rol binnen het productieproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de productielijnen optimaal blijven functioneren en grijpt in zodra er een storing of afwijking ontstaat. Met jouw nauwkeurige manier van werken houd je kwaliteit, veiligheid en een efficiënt proces continu in de gaten.Dit zijn jouw belangrijkste taken:

• Productiemachines bedienen, controleren en instellen volgens de juiste specificaties.

• Machines en productielijnen ombouwen wanneer er van product wordt gewisseld.

• Kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden uitvoeren en technische storingen zo snel mogelijk oplossen.

• Het productieproces en de kwaliteit van de eindproducten nauwlettend controleren.

• Voedingsmiddelen zorgvuldig verpakken volgens de vastgestelde kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.

• Afwijkingen en eventuele knelpunten signaleren en tijdig doorgeven aan de leidinggevende.

  Voor deze rol zijn we op zoek naar een praktische en gemotiveerde allround operator die graag nieuwe kennis opdoet. Ervaring binnen de productie of techniek is een pluspunt, maar jouw inzet en bereidheid om te leren vinden we minstens zo belangrijk. Verder herken jij jezelf in het volgende:
