Wat ga je doen?

Als meewerkend voorman ben je verantwoordelijk voor een klein team productiemedewerkers. Het team bestaat uit ongeveer 10-15 medewerkers. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit storingen oplossen, administratieve taken, meewerken aan de productiewerkzaamheden en natuurlijk de andere productiemedewerkers aansturen. Over de werkgever Onze klant is gevestigd op De Brouwerij Zoeterwoude. Dit is een technisch zeer hoogwaardige brouwerij. De totale bierproductie bedraagt ongeveer 10 miljoen hectoliter waarvan ruim 65% bestemd is voor de export. Daarmee produceert de Brouwerij Zoeterwoude 40% van het volledige geproduceerde volume bier van dit merk. De afdeling waar je komt te werken is op de Inbound. Hier komen alle lege kratten met bierflessen terecht zodat ze vervolgens weer gereed kunnen worden gemaakt voor de nieuwe lading.

Aangezien je komt te werken in een ploegendienst, is het handig als je beschikt over eigen vervoer. Kom je bijvoorbeeld uit Den Haag, Zoetermeer, Leiden of Alphen aan den Rijn, dan is Zoeterwoude zeker goed bereikbaar voor jou.

Vereisten Omdat je ook bezig bent met meewerken, verwachten we van je dat je zware gewichten kan tillen, omdat je veel te maken gaat krijgen met het verwerken van fust. Ook zal je moeten controleren op beschadigde producten, daarvoor met je alert blijven. Voor deze fulltime functie is het belangrijk dat je goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal hebt. Verder is het handig als je beschikt over de volgende punten:

• Affiniteit met het bedienen van machines.
• Ervaring op de heftruck is een pré
• In staat zijn administratieve taken uit te voeren.
• Bereid zijn in 2 ploegen te werken

Locatie: Zoeterwoude. Deze organisatie opereert binnen de food-sector en richt zich op de productie van plantaardige voedingsproducten voor afzet in binnen- en buitenland. De organisatie werkt in een productieomgeving die is ingericht op procesoptimalisatie en strikte hygiëne- en veiligheidsnormen. De productielijnen worden bediend en gecontroleerd door operators die verantwoordelijk zijn voor het instellen, ombouwen en bijstellen van machines tijdens het productieproces. In Zoeterwoude ligt de nadruk op efficiency en continue verbetering door toepassing van 5. S-principes en procesoptimalisatie. Medewerkers voeren ombouwen uit, monitoren kwaliteit en signaleren technische afwijkingen voor snelle oplossing samen met de technische dienst. Er is aandacht voor opleiding en training van medewerkers zodat zij verschillende rollen op de lijn kunnen vervullen en bij afwezigheid van collega’s kunnen inspringen. Functie-inhoud

• Als Procesoperator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gehele verpakkingsproces en het draaiende houden van de lijn;
• Je bedient en stelt verpakkingsmachines in en vervangt machine operators waar nodig als Procesoperator;
• Je voert ombouwen, controles en kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit om de efficiëntie te verhogen;
• Je signaleert technische afwijkingen en schakelt met de technische dienst voor structurele oplossingen;
• Je draagt bij aan 5S en continue verbeteringen om kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit te waarborgen;
• Je monitort de automatische besturing en stelt recepten en procesparameters in op PLC/SCADA systemen, waarbij programmeren beperkt is tot parameter- en receptaanpassingen en complexe aanpassingen naar engineering worden geëscaleerd;

Functie-eisen

• MBO niveau 2, bij voorkeur Vapro A, WTB, Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek, Auto/Motorvoertuigentechniek of Procestechniek;
• Bij voorkeur 3 jaar werkervaring als Machine Operator of als Procesoperator, bij voorkeur in de food-sector;
• Kennis van HACCP en oog voor veiligheid en hygiëne;

Werkdagen en werktijden op basis van jouw beschikbaarheid

Met deze bijbaan als thuishulp in Zoeterwoude zorg jij voor een schoon en fijn huis voor jouw cliënten. Werk waar je echt iets bijdraagt! Hierbij verdien je €15,07 per uur.

Wat je doet als huishoudelijke hulp:

• Je biedt huishoudelijke hulp, zoals schoonmaak van de woonkamer, keuken en badkamer.
• Je maakt een praatje met de cliënt. Gaat het niet zo goed met je cliënt? Laat ons dit dan weten.
• Je werkt bij cliënten bij jou in de buurt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Heftruckchauffeur in Zoeterwoude-Rijndijk zorg je ervoor dat goederen veilig en efficiënt door het magazijn worden verplaatst. Met de heftruck vervoer je fusten en andere materialen naar de juiste locatie en ondersteun je bij het laden en lossen van vrachtwagens.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Het verplaatsen van fusten en andere goederen met de heftruck.
• Het laden en lossen van vrachtwagens.
• Het stapelen en plaatsen van goederen in containers.
• Het controleren of goederen op de juiste locatie terechtkomen.
