Who you are
To rock this role as a Customer Service Representative, you are proactive and work with great precision. You switch effortlessly between different systems and customer inquiries. Furthermore, it is important that:
- You have an MBO+ (vocational) level of work and thought;
- You speak fluent English, Dutch is a plus;
- You have experience in an international Customer Service or Logistics environment;
- You are tech-savvy with ERP or WMS systems.
What will you do
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the beating heart of the operation. You ensure everything runs smoothly between the customer and the warehouse. Furthermore you focus on the topics down below:
- Customer Contact: You are the main point of contact via email, phone, and chat.
- Planning & Coordinating: You make sure orders leave on time and solve puzzles within the supply chain.
- Monitoring: Together with your team, you check if we meet all agreements (SLAs) and step in whenever necessary.
