who are you
As a welding robot operator, you obviously have technical insight. Also, it is important that you meet the following requirements:

• you are available 4 to 5 days a week to work in two shifts.
• you speak Dutch or English.
• you have your own transportation.
• you are able to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting up to 20 kilograms.

what will you do
In the welding department at Brink, you will start by professionally welding tow bar components. You have technical insight and an eye for detail. This is particularly important when checking welds to ensure that every product meets the quality requirements. Once everything is perfect, the product moves on to the next department.

After mastering these skills, you will dive into the world of welding robots. As an operator, you will learn how to operate, set up, and use the robot independently. From placing parts in the mold to troubleshooting minor malfunctions and performing daily maintenance, you will grow into a true expert in the process.

where will you work
Brink is the specialist in designing, manufacturing, and selling tow bars and accessories for passenger cars. Our products are supplied to car manufacturers, dealers, and automotive parts wholesalers. If you perform well, you have the opportunity to earn a permanent contract! You will work in a permanent team with a clear schedule, working the morning shift one week and the evening shift the next.

Working hours (2 shifts):
Monday to Thursday: 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. & 3:00 p.m. to midnight
Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. & 1:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

wie ben jij
Als onderhoudsmonteur bij Brink ben je de spil in het productieproces. Je bent een echte probleemoplosser die niet bang is voor een complexe storing.

• je hebt minimaal een afgeronde MBO-3 opleiding in een
• technische richting (bijv. Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek of Werktuigbouwkunde)
• je hebt kennis van mechanica, elektronica, pneumatiek en
• hydrauliek
• je bent proactief: zie je een storing vaker terugkomen? Dan
• denk jij direct na over een structurele aanpassing van de machine
• je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal

wat ga je doen
Bij Brink worden trekhaken geproduceerd van A tot Z voor topmerken als BMW, Jaguar en Audi. Om dit proces draaiende te houden, is de Technische Dienst verantwoordelijk voor meer dan 700 machines.

• je voert periodiek en preventief onderhoud uit aan het machinepark
• je analyseert en verhelpt storingen aan computergestuurde installaties
• je bent betrokken bij het plaatsen en installeren van nieuwe productielijnen
• je optimaliseert machines om de productie soepeler te laten verlopen
• je krijgt je eigen gereedschap en werktelefoon om je werk optimaal te kunnen doen

Je komt te werken bij Brink Towing Systems in Staphorst, een wereldmarktleider op het gebied van trekhaken met meer dan 100 jaar ervaring.
