What we are looking for:

Completed laboratory training, vocational education or a bachelor's degree in biotechnology, biology or a related field. Ideally 2 years of experience working in a GMP cleanroom environment. Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset. Ability to follow procedures accurately and work in a structured manner. Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. Willingness to work in a shift pattern, including evenings and weekends. Functieomschrijving As a Biotech Associate, you will play a key role in the manufacturing of advanced therapy medicinal products while ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance:

What you will do:

Perform cell and tissue culture activities according to GMP procedures. Execute manufacturing steps such as media preparation, cell expansion and harvesting. Work in a cleanroom environment while following strict aseptic techniques. Complete production documentation accurately and on time. Identify and report deviations to help ensure compliance and product quality. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing team. Collaborate with QA, QC and MSAT teams to support efficient manufacturing operations. Working in 5 shifts, 2 morningshifts, 2 afternoon shifts, 2 nightshifts.
