Wie ben jij
Bovenal zoeken we iemand die enorm gemotiveerd is om de handen uit de mouwen te steken. Je snapt dat logistiek om nauwkeurigheid draait en hebt zin om in een gezellig team te knallen. Verder:

• Je hebt al wat ervaring of in ieder geval affiniteit met het rijden op een EPT;

Wat ga je doen
Als expeditiemedewerker op het perron van Leerdammer ben jij de onmisbare schakel in de logistiek. Vanaf dag één ben je voornamelijk bezig met het vullen en legen van vrachtwagens met behulp van de EPT. Omdat jij in de dagdienst werkt, ben je de constante factor op de vloer en rapporteer je wisselend aan de teamleiders van de ochtend- en middagploeg.

Waar ga je werken
Als magazijnmedewerker ga jij aan de slag bij een van ‘s werelds grootste producenten van merkkazen: Lactalis Leerdammer. Je komt terecht op de productielocatie in Schoonrewoerd, net buiten Leerdam. Je krijgt voldoende ontwikkelmogelijkheden bij Leerdammer. Daarnaast kun je ook een team van enthousiaste collega’s verwachten. Er is altijd wel ruimte voor een grapje op de werkvloer. You check whether the cheeses come out of the machine correctly and keep a close eye on the process. If necessary, make corrections and straighten the cheese slices again. Processing the failure is also part of being a production employee. This means that you put cheeses back in the machine. During your shift you are regularly lifting cheeses weighing 13 kilos. This will make you nice and strong and you can train your muscles in the meantime! Win-win!

Wat ga je doen
Tijdens jouw baan als productiemedewerker kazen zorg jij ervoor dat het productieproces op rolletjes verloopt. Jij gaat kazen in de machines plaatsen. Vervolgens druk je op de knop, dan snijdt de machine de kazen in stukken. Deze stukken verzamel je en leg je vervolgens in de volgende machine. Die snijdt er perfecte dunne plakjes van. Jij checkt of de plakjes recht liggen en corrigeert ze indien nodig. Vervolgens gaat er automatisch verpakking omheen. Nu kunnen ze naar de supermarkten toe!
