Als cargo medewerker op Schiphol verdien je €16,58 tot €23,21 per uur, inclusief toeslagen. Je laadt en lost vrachtwagens, verwerkt inkomende en uitgaande luchtvracht en bouwt ULD’s op en af. Fulltime of parttime, in een team van 700 collega’s op de luchthaven.

Over de functie

Als cargo medewerker (warehouse agent) zorg jij dat luchtvracht veilig, snel en goed wordt verwerkt. Vracht die binnenkomt controleer je en maak je klaar voor verdere verzending of distributie. Je werkt samen met je collega’s in een internationale logistieke omgeving, waar goed afstemmen en klanten snel helpen belangrijk is.Het werk is fysiek: je laadt en lost, en bouwt ULD’s (Unit Load Devices) op en af. Daar staat een uurloon tot €23,21 tegenover, inclusief toeslagen.Op een werkdag doe je dit:

• Laden en lossen van vrachtwagens
• Controleren en verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande vracht
• Transportwerkzaamheden op het platform uitvoeren (een Schipholpas is een pre)
• Op- en afbouwen van ULD’s

Wat vragen wij van jou

Voor deze functie op Schiphol is het belangrijk dat je:

• Goed Nederlands spreekt en schrijft, Engels is een plus
• Minimaal 8 jaar ingeschreven staat in Nederland

Heftruckchauffeur gezocht in Schiphol Rijk! Je werkt 25 tot 30 uur per week in een druk en gestructureerd warehouse. Ben jij secuur en een echte aanpakker?

Functieomschrijving

Als heftruckchauffeur in Schiphol Rijk zorg jij dat pallets en pakketten veilig en netjes door het warehouse bewegen. Je lost vrachtwagens, haalt goederen eruit, weegt waar nodig en zet alles op de juiste plek in het magazijn. Daarna zorg je als heftruckchauffeur ook voor de interne verplaatsingen. Jij brengt pallets en pakketten naar de juiste zone, zodat het proces doorloopt en collega’s verder kunnen met scannen en controleren. Je werkt in een lekker tempo, maar je blijft scherp, want jij snapt dat veilig werken en netjes manoeuvreren het verschil maken op de vloer.

Zodra de goederen correct zijn gescand of nagelopen, ben jij als heftruckchauffeur degene die alles strak en veilig naar de juiste vrachtwagen manoeuvreert. Je houdt overzicht, let op fouten en je schakelt direct als je ziet dat routes of laadvolgorde aangepast moeten worden. Je werkt netjes, je denkt vooruit en je vindt het belangrijk dat alles klopt, want jouw werk bepaalt of alles op tijd de deur uitgaat. Zie je dat een pallet niet goed staat of dat een lading anders verdeeld moet worden, dan pak je dat meteen op. Je overlegt kort met collega’s en je zorgt dat het werk doorloopt, zonder gedoe.

Je werkt 25 tot 30 uur per week in diensten en het kan voorkomen dat een dienst uitloopt als het druk is. Dat betekent dat je soms extra uren maakt en juist daardoor ook meer ploegentoeslag pakt voor het werk dat je doet. Je komt terecht in een team waar je normaal met elkaar omgaat en waar iedereen helpt als het even aanpoten is. Je wordt goed ingewerkt, je krijgt duidelijke afspraken en je weet precies wat er van je verwacht wordt. Daarnaast zijn er volop doorgroeimogelijkheden, bijvoorbeeld richting een aansturende rol. Ondanks de grootte van het warehouse vinden we persoonlijke aandacht belangrijk en zorgen we dat jij goed op je plek zit in een leuk team.

Wat bieden wij?

● Je verdient €2.668 bruto per maand bij een fulltime dienstverband, exclusief toeslagen, en je bouwt dus een mooi salaris op met ploegentoeslag.
● Je krijgt 8,33% vakantiegeld en extra vakantiedagen die toenemen met je leeftijd, zodat je ook genoeg tijd hebt om op te laden.
● Je reiskosten worden vergoed met €0,23 per kilometer, wel zo netjes geregeld.
● Je werkt in diensten van 05:00 tot 10:30 uur of van 17:00 tot 21:30 uur, en als het druk is kan je dienst uitlopen waardoor je nog meer toeslag meepakt.
● Je krijgt ploegentoeslag van 130% voor uren tot 06:00 uur en 120% voor uren na 21:00 uur, dus werken op die tijden levert je extra op.
● Je krijgt een eindejaarsuitkering van €1.074 bruto per jaar , dat is omgerekend ongeveer €89,50 bruto per maand extra.
● Je werkt alleen doordeweeks, dus in het weekend ben je lekker vrij.
● We hebben het liefst dat je 5 dagen beschikbaar bent voor de diensten, maar kun je minder dagen en heb je wel super veel zin om als heftruckchauffeur te starten? Solliciteer dan gewoon.
● Je krijgt de kans om door te groeien binnen het warehouse, bijvoorbeeld richting een aansturende rol.

Wat vragen wij?

● Je hebt ervaring als heftruckchauffeur en je hebt een heftruckcertificaat. Is je heftruckcertificaat verlopen, dan kun je deze op onze kosten opnieuw behalen.
● Je bent minimaal 18 jaar en je spreekt Nederlands of Engels, zodat je veilig met de machines kunt werken en werkinstructies goed snapt en kunt overleggen met collega’s.
● Een rijbewijs is handig, vooral omdat de locatie met de vroege diensten niet makkelijk te bereiken is met het ov, maar het is geen vereiste.
● Na een geslaagde rondleiding volg je een online cursus Awareness Dangerous Goods (70 minuten, kan ook bij ons op locatie) en na een positieve rondleiding vragen wij jouw vog aan, dit is op onze kosten.

Ocean Import Forwarder - Rozenburg (Schiphol-Rijk)
As an Ocean Import Forwarder, you are responsible for managing incoming ocean freight shipments from start to finish. You start your workday by reviewing active shipments and coordinating arrangements with shipping lines, transport providers, and overseas agents. Throughout the day, you negotiate freight rates, prepare all necessary transport documentation, and process shipping data accurately into the system. You wrap up your day with up-to-date administration and by proactively informing customers about the status of their shipments. • Managing and coordinating incoming ocean freight shipments from start to finish
• Negotiating freight and transport rates with suppliers and carriers
• Booking, planning, and accurately processing shipments into the system
• Making arrangements with subcontractors in line with customer agreements
• Tracking shipments and providing proactive updates to customers
• Resolving operational and transport-related issues
• Preparing and checking required transport documentation
• Handling invoicing and recording transport costs

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Ocean Import Forwarder or in a similar logistics role
• MBO or HBO level of working and thinking
• Strong knowledge of ocean import operations (FCL and LCL)
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
• Strong communication skills and an accurate way of working
• Experience with CargoWise is a plus

Als Magazijnmedewerker ben je een belangrijke schakel in de logistiek en zorg je samen met je team dat alles soepel en efficiënt verloopt. Je taken:

• Controleren of zendingen compleet zijn
• Goederen nauwkeurig controleren op schade
• Goederen laden en lossen
• Zorgen dat alles op de juiste plek terechtkomt
