In de functie van Import & Customs Agent stuur je de volledige importketen aan van A tot Z. Je maakt douane-inklaringen op, organiseert de eindlevering met vervoerders en helpt klanten met inhoudelijke vragen over hun zendingen. Je werkt gestructureerd om dossiers foutloos af te handelen en schakelt dagelijks met internationale partners. De vaste werktijden zijn van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 08:30 tot 17:00 uur, aangevuld met een roulerend rooster voor avond- en weekenddiensten.

Werkzaamheden

• Afhandelen van importzendingen van A tot Z
• Opstellen van douane-inklaringen en bijbehorende documenten
• Coördineren van het transport en de eindlevering aan de klant
• Verlenen van service aan klanten via telefoon en e-mail
• Meedraaien in het rooster voor avond- en weekenddiensten
