Ground Transport Coordinator - Rozenburg

In this role as a Ground Transport Coordinator in Rozenburg (Schipholrijk), you ensure the seamless execution of ground transport operations. You create truck route records, prepare shipping documentation, and track cargo transfers across the network. Working in rotating shifts, you handle operational delays proactively to keep freight moving on time.

Responsibilities

• Set up operating records for planned and ad hoc truck routes.
• Coordinate freight recovery from CFS locations and external partners.
• Issue transport documents, load manifests, and bills of lading.
• Update tracking event codes and monitor export and import workflows.
• Inspect inbound freight and manage transfer shipments.
• Identify network delays and arrange extra transport capacity.
• Perform root cause analysis for operational disruptions.
• Support equipment management at regional branch locations.

Requirements

• MBO 3 or MBO 4 working level.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong motivation and eagerness to learn logistics processes.
• Availability for weekly rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Eligibility for a VGB screening, which requires at least 8 years of residency in the European Union.

• Direct contract with our client.
• Monthly salary from 2700 to 3300 euro gross depending on experience.
• Evening shift allowance of 20 percent after 18:00 and 40 percent after 00:00.
