who are you
As an operator at Solina, you must meet the following requirements:

• You are available full-time for the 3-shift rotation
• You have your own transport to get to Nieuw-Vennep
• You speak either Dutch or English
• You can read and understand Dutch text
• You have at least 2 years of experience in machine operation

what will you do
As an operator, you are responsible for ensuring the production process runs smoothly. Initially, you will focus mainly on the 'Cooking & Mixing' department, where the foundation for the sauces and marinades is laid. You will operate the machines independently and intervene when necessary.

The fixed working hours in the 3-shift rotation are from 06:00 to 15:00, from 14:00 to 23:00, or from 22:00 to 07:00. On top of your basic hourly wage, you will receive a 25% shift allowance for the hours worked between 18:00 and 00:00. Working between 00:00 and 06:00? Then you will benefit from an extra allowance of 50% per hour! This will significantly boost your monthly salary.

• Setting up, starting, and monitoring the production lines

what will you do

wie ben jij
Voor deze functie is het van belang dat je 3+ jaar ervaring hebt als allround monteur. Hierbij heb je uiteraard goed technisch inzicht nodig om onderhoud te kunnen verrichten. Voor de veiligheid van jou en je collega's op de werkvloer en een slap verhaal bij de koffie, is het belangrijk om zowel vloeiend Nederlands en de Engels te spreken.

Verder heb je:

• Minimaal niveau 4 opleiding mts-werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek, mechatronica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
• Een VCA;
• basiskennis van besturings-. PLC- en meet- en regeltechniek;
• basiskennis van verspanende technieken, lastechniek & werktuigbouwkunde
• Je bent bereid om storingsdiensten te lopen.

wat ga je doen
Als allround monteur ben je het verlengstuk van de werkvoorbereider. Deze signaleert onderhoudswerkzaamheden en hier ga je als allround monteur dan mee aan de slag. Het kan ook zomaar gebeuren dat er vanuit de productie een acute storing komt en ook deze pak jij met beide handen aan. Natuurlijk let jij bij het uitvoeren van deze werkzaamheden op je eigen veiligheid en die van je collega's.

Meedenken over de productie mag altijd. Verbeteringsvoorstellen zijn van harte welkom om de veiligheid, de
performance, de kosten en de levensduur van de procesinstallaties en equipment te optimaliseren.

• Uitvoeren van inspecties en vervangen van onderdelen of complete assets als motoren, pompen, lagers en filters;
• Uitvoeren van reparaties aan alle op het bedrijf voorkomende rotating, elektrisch en static equipment;
• Afwerken van de administratie en rapportage in het maintenance managementsysteem.

waar ga je werken
Deze plant in Bergen op zoom is opgedeeld in verschillende area’s:
- wheat grind channel
- glucose refinery
- alcohol plant
- general plant facilities (=wegen, gebouwen, rioolstelsel, terrein, etc.)
- utilities (= WK-installaties, gas, water, HV-infra-structuur) en waste water plant
- starch dryer
- material handling (= wheat unloading & storage, material handling)

Als allround monteur ga je al deze area’s tegen komen. Ook nog leuk om te vermelden is, dat je komt te werken in een organisatie die grondstoffen maakt voor vele voedingsmiddelen, cosmetica en ook de farmaceutica. Op deze manier kan jij echt je steentje bijdragen aan vele producten.
