Het traineeship

Als trainee Communicatie speel je een belangrijke rol in deelnemersactivatie binnen de pensioenbranche. Je zorgt dat mensen die pensioen opbouwen actief gaan nadenken over opties en keuzes die gemaakt moeten worden voor hun toekomstige financiële zekerheid. Je verbetert customer journeys waardoor de organisatie deelnemers beter bereikt. Door je scherpe en frisse blik zie je verbetermogelijkheden in beschikbare informatie en overzie je snel knelpunten in bestaande processen.

De nodige pensioenkennis ontwikkel je op de pensioenadministratie van onze opdrachtgevers. Die ervaring helpt jou communicatieverbeteringen effectief te implementeren naar verschillende doelgroepen in overleg met interne belanghebbenden. Het traineeship is een sterke combinatie van werkervaring, coaching en opleidingen.

Werken en leren

Binnen het traineeship Communicatie ga je aan de slag met jouw persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling. Je begint na de onboarding direct met je eerste opdracht bij een van onze opdrachtgevers. Voorbeelden van opdrachten die jij tijdens de talentfase kunt verwachten zijn:

• Junior Pensioenspecialist: Je ondersteunt bij pensioengerelateerde taken en bouwt kennis op over pensioenregelingen en -processen
• Medewerker Klant Contact Center Pensioen: Je beantwoordt vragen van deelnemers over hun pensioenopbouw en -mogelijkheden via telefoon en digitale kanalen
• Junior medewerker waardeoverdracht: Je begeleidt processen waarbij pensioenrechten worden overgedragen tussen verschillende pensioenuitvoerders

Tegelijkertijd start je met het preship: een opleidingstraject van een halfjaar waarin jij je samen met andere startende trainees ontwikkelt als consultant binnen de financiële dienstverlening met trainingen op het gebied van hard- en soft skills. Denk aan: Agile Scrum , Stakeholdermanagement , het behalen van Wft-certificaten en een AI-cursus . Met de training Agile Scrum leer je bijvoorbeeld de taal van onze opdrachtgevers begrijpen en kun je sneller van toegevoegde waarde zijn bij je opdracht. Hierna volg je op het gebied van Communicatie een opleiding rond de strategie achter communicatie binnen organisaties. Na de Talentfase stroom je door naar de Profase. In deze fase neem je meer verantwoordelijkheid en werk je zelfstandig aan communicatievraagstukken bij onze opdrachtgevers. Als communicatieadviseur speel je onder andere een belangrijke rol in de transitie richting de Wet Toekomst Pensioenen.

We are looking for accurate and motivated people for the assembly of professional power strips (PDU) and energy meters at an international manufacturer in Den Bosch. This is work "at a calm pace", in a clean environment, where precision counts, not strength.

What will you do?

Assemble products from small components (step by step).
Check and test the product at different stages of assembly.
Work according to clear instructions on an iPad.

Who are we looking for?

✅ You have good hands and like "putting things together" (like IKEA, electronics, small assemblies).
✅ You are very accurate – details matter here.
✅ You think logically and small parts do not stress you.
✅ Communicative English is enough (Dutch is NOT required).
