Your morning as orderpicker at Royal FloraHolland starts bright and early! At 05:45 you’re already in the warehouse. Ready for another day surrounded by flowers! 🌸 Because you start early, you’re usually done somewhere between 09:30 and 12:00. That means plenty of free time in the afternoon for yourself! ☀️
With an electric tractor you cruise through the large halls. Hunting down all the flowers and plants on your pick list. You’re constantly on the move, which makes your job so active! Once your order is complete, you drop it off at the right department and grab a new empty cart. This keeps you moving and before you know it… Your shift is over! And that little tug vehicle? You get a full explanation of how it works on your first workday! 🚀
Where will you work
You’ll be working in the huge warehouse of Royal FloraHolland. It’s big, but feels surprisingly quick like a place where you know exactly where to go. You’ll know the routes and feel at home in no time!
As an orderpicker at Royal FloraHolland you really get the space to grow. You get to try new things and keep developing yourself. And the atmosphere? Super cheerful and friendly! Stel je voor. Je loopt tussen de bloemen, karren vol kleur en geur.🤩 En elke minuut gebeurt er wel iets! Per dag vertrekken er super veel bloemen en planten uit het magazijn van Royal FloraHolland. Jij zorgt als orderpicker dat alles lekker soepel blijft lopen!
Je racet op een elektrotrekker door de hal. Je orderpickt en scant de juiste bloemen en planten, en rijdt daarna weer naar de volgende locatie 🛺 Vroomvroom!
Je werkt hier alleen in de ochtend. Heerlijk! Jouw werkdag begint om 05:45u en je bent klaar tussen 09:30u en 12:00u. De ene dag werk je dus wat meer uur dan de andere. Maar altijd tussen de 4 en 7 uur per dag! Maandag is de drukste dag. Het is belangrijk dat je die sowieso beschikbaar bent!
Waar ga je werken
Je gaat werken bij de grootste sierwerkplaats ter wereld! Ja echt. Zo groot is het magazijn in Naaldwijk! Binnen de kortste keren weet je de weg te vinden en race je als een pro langs de bloemen! 💐

Je verwerkt als magazijnmedewerker bestellingen. Vol met bloemen en planten voor de bloemenveiling! 🌻 Je rijdt op een soort trekker door het magazijn heen om alles te orderpicken. Bestelling compleet? Top, dan rijd je naar de andere afdeling om het af te geven. Daarna haal je een lege kar en gaat weer op pad met je trekker! 🥳 Op je eerste werkdag leren we je alles over het besturen hiervan!
Waar ga je werken
Je gaat bij Royal FloraHolland aan de slag in een ontzettend groot magazijn. Het is dan wel groot, maar het voelt klein. Je kent hier zo de weg! Bij Royal FloraHolland willen ze graag dat je doorgroeit, lang blijft werken en het beste uit jezelf haalt. Daar wordt ook echt de tijd voor genomen!

What will you do
Every day, so many flowers leave Royal FloraHolland to be delivered to shops and florists across the country. 🌼 And they have to arrive fresh and flawless. Before the stores even open! That’s where you, as an orderpicker, come in.
Early in the morning, you’ll be working with carts full of beautiful flowers. You check if everything is correct: Are the flowers fresh and in good condition? Does the cart match the order?
Once everything is perfect, you roll the cart to the right spot. Then, a small electric vehicle (kind of like a mini lawn mower!) picks it up and brings it straight to the truck. Thanks to your work, the flowers arrive on time and in top shape at their destination! 🙌
