the world? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Supervisor who will be a key player on our store leadership team, serving as a

coach and mentor to other Teammates and supporting the Store Manager in accomplishing operational excellence and

achieving profitability. This role serves as a key backup to the Assistant Store Manager and supports merchandise

standards while leading and coaching teammates.

Purpose of Role

The Store Supervisor contributes to the achievement of the store’s profitability and key performance indicators by

providing customer service aligning with UA service model and accomplishing operational excellence. The Store

Supervisor serves as a coach and mentor to other teammates within a defined delegation of responsibility. This role also

serves as the go-to leader in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager and may have closing and opening

responsibilities.

Your Impact

Sales & Omni

• Supports in driving sales and retail/omni -channel KPI target achievement.• Provides customers with detailed information about a wide selection of products.
• Brand image & Customer Experience
• Supports in training teammates to provide a service/selling culture unique to Under Armour.
• Uses advanced functional expertise to drive sales and customer loyalty in designated area of responsibility.

Retail Operations

• Train and lead teammates in the execution of daily operations aligning with UA process and policies.
• Partner with store leadership to maintain standards covering merchandise and floor sets.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention policies and advise store leadership of unusual internal or external activity.
• Assume Stock Lead responsibilities in the absence of Stock Lead.
• Communicate teammates accidents/injuries to store leadership immediately.

Leadership & Team Collaboration

• Communicate clear priorities, sales and KPI targets to sales teammates to achieve target.
• Maintain and support store safety standards and communicate concerns to store leadership.
• Support UA strategies to drive sales and operations; observe sales trends and advise store leadership ofopportunities.
• Support store and regional leadership teams and local HR during onboarding and continuous training.
• Lead/Support a Division of Responsibility (DOR) to assist with theoverall efficiency of the store. (Athlete Experience, Merchandising, Brand, Operations), if applicable

Qualifications

• Advanced numeracy, literacy, and advanced communication skills
• Fluent in local language and basic verbal English skills
• Proficient in use of computers and other technology
• Adjusts to new ideas/methods of working
• Knowledgeable of store operations, visual merchandising, stock room, risk management & safety
• Knowledge and understanding of employment laws including compliance with federal, state, and local requirements
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive industry understanding

Requirements

• Minimum one year experience in a sports/ apparel & footwear retail environment
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• High School education or equivalent• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends

Physical Requirements

• Ability to handle or relocate products up to 25 lbs/12kgs
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods of time with short breaks
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store; including the selling floor, stock and register area

As a Business Development Representative , you will play a key role in growing ACT’s presence in the Dutch market by identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and creating qualified introductions for our Account Management team.

This is a highly outbound-focused role and a strong opportunity for someone early in their commercial career who is ambitious, proactive, and eager to develop within sustainability and environmental markets.

In essence, your role involves:

• Drive outbound business development activities across the UK market, identifying and engaging prospective corporate clients across a broad range of industries.
• Build new relationships through proactive outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, and other prospecting activities.
• Generate qualified meetings and introductions for Account Managers, supporting the development of new commercial opportunities.
• Work towards clear activity-based KPIs, with a strong focus on the number of outbound calls, conversations, and qualified meetings generated.
• Research prospective companies and key decision-makers to identify relevant opportunities and tailor outreach accordingly.
• Develop a strong understanding of ACT’s sustainability solutions and wider product portfolio to confidently introduce our capabilities to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely prospecting activity, lead information, and pipeline updates within ACT’s CRM and other internal platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Marketing, and other commercial teams to ensure strong lead handovers and effective follow-up.
• Build your understanding of sustainability markets, client challenges, and emerging commercial opportunities while developing your sales and business development skills.

Your Expertise

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualities and attributes:

• Early-career commercial experience or a strong interest in developing a career in business development, sales, or sustainability.
• Fluent in Dutch
• A proactive and resilient approach to outbound sales, with the confidence to initiate conversations and engage new prospects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and communicate clearly with corporate stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and comfortable working towards measurable activity and performance targets.
• Curious and commercially minded, with an interest in understanding different industries, businesses, and their sustainability challenges.
• Organised and disciplined in managing prospecting activity, follow-ups, and CRM data.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where priorities and market opportunities can evolve quickly.
• Collaborative and eager to learn from colleagues across Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Trading, and other teams.
• An interest in sustainability, environmental markets, or the energy transition is beneficial, but previous industry experience is not required.

Je maakt de bewonerskamers en gemeenschappelijke ruimtes spik-en-span schoon, maar brengt ondertussen ook gezelligheid en een luisterend oor. Dit is wat je precies gaat doen:

• Je reinigt de kamers van bewoners, sanitair, huiskamers en gangen.
• Je past de juiste hygiënerichtlijnen en schoonmaaktechnieken toe.
• Je zorgt dat je materialen en de schoonmaakkar netjes en aangevuld blijven.
• Je maakt een praatje, signaleert bijzonderheden en brengt een warm thuisgevoel.

Je komt te werken op de zorglocatie De Kreppel in Heythuysen, waar je direct bijdraagt aan een fijne en gastvrije leefomgeving voor bewoners. Je belandt in een warm, informeel team waar een gezellige sfeer en werkplezier vooropstaan en waar je echt de tijd krijgt om het verschil te maken.
