As a Working Foreman, you are the link between the employees on the shop floor and the daily production process. You lead the team, monitor the work, and actively contribute to solving technical and operational challenges. You work with a predominantly CNC-controlled machine park used for various machining processes involving industrial cutting tools.

Your day includes:

• Supervising and supporting employees on the shop floor
• Planning and coordinating daily activities to ensure production runs smoothly
• Working hands-on with CNC-controlled machinery and production processes
• Identifying and solving technical and operational problems
• Monitoring the quality and progress of the work
• Looking for ways to improve processes, machines, and team performance
• Supporting and motivating employees to achieve the best possible results
• Working in accordance with safety, quality, and company procedures
• Taking responsibility for a safe, efficient, and well-organized workplace

Wat wij vragen

• At least MBO working and thinking level
• At least 2 years of experience as a lead operator, production team leader, or similar role in the metal industry
• Experience with CNC machines and technical processes
• Good command of the Dutch language
• Technical insight and a feel for automation
• Strong social and communication skills
• Hands-on mentality and stress-resistant attitude

wie ben jij
Je bent een echte aanpakker met een gezonde dosis motivatie die graag zelfstandig te werk gaat binnen een jong en dynamisch team. Je denkt in oplossingen en leert graag bij om te blijven groeien in je vak.

• Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands en/of Engels;
• Je hebt affiniteit met (of ervaring in) als CNC operator;
• Je bent beschikbaar om in dagdienst te starten tussen 07:00 en 08:00 uur.

wat ga je doen
Als CNC Operator ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het instellen, afstellen en bijsturen van 3 tot 4 hightech machines. Je haalt storingen uit het proces en werkt overdag met de nieuwste software, zodat de productie 's nachts helemaal zelfstandig doorloopt.

• Het zelfstandig instellen en bijstellen van 3 tot 4 CNC-machines;
• Het opsporen en verhelpen van eventuele problemen in het proces;
• Werken met geavanceerde software om de nachtelijke (onbemande) productie voor te bereiden;
• Controleren van de kwaliteit van het eindproduct.
