Als Productiesupervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt, veilig en kwalitatief goed laten verlopen van de dagelijkse productie. Je geeft leiding aan de (Senior) Production Employees en de Printshop Employee en zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers en productiemiddelen optimaal worden ingezet.

Je bent een belangrijke schakel binnen de productieorganisatie en richt je niet alleen op het behalen van de geplande output, maar ook op het continu verbeteren van processen, efficiëntie en kwaliteit.

Jouw rol

ls Productiesupervisor rapporteer je aan de Manager Operations en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en coördinatie van de productieafdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden volgens planning, kwaliteitsnormen, veiligheidsrichtlijnen en milieueisen worden uitgevoerd.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Leidinggeven aan de (Senior) Production Employees en de Printshop Employee.
• Coördineren van werkzaamheden in het kader van de bedrijfshulpverlening (BHV).
• Bepalen van de juiste prioriteiten en het plannen van medewerkers en productiemiddelen op basis van de planning vanuit Logistics.
• Registreren, analyseren en rapporteren van efficiency en productieprestaties.
• Verbeteren van bestaande werkmethoden en productieprocessen met focus op efficiëntie en kwaliteit.
• Borgen van verbeteringen in werkinstructies en procedures.
• Zorgen dat productiewerkzaamheden goed zijn voorbereid voordat medewerkers hiermee starten.
• Beheren van de productiemiddelen binnen de afdeling.
• Bewaken dat er wordt gewerkt volgens de kwaliteitsnorm IATF 16949, veiligheidsrichtlijnen en het milieumanagementsysteem NEN-EN-ISO 14001.
• Uitvoeren van het personeelsbeleid binnen de afdeling volgens de geldende bedrijfsrichtlijnen.
• Organiseren van werkoverleggen en zorgen voor verslaglegging en opvolging van gemaakte afspraken.
• Begeleiden van medewerkers bij ziekteverzuim.
• Zorgen voor een goede opleiding en ontwikkeling van medewerkers.
• Voeren van functioneringsgesprekken.
• Zorgen voor een veilige, schone en goed georganiseerde werkplek.
• Adviseren van de Manager Operations over operationele werkzaamheden.
• Zorgen voor een sluitende bezetting, zowel in capaciteit als in benodigde vaardigheden.
• Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het volgens planning en kwaliteitsnorm realiseren van de productiewerkzaamheden.

Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met onder andere Product Engineering, Technical, Research & Development, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, Planning, Human Resources en Warehouse.

Wie we zoeken

Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren en praktisch ingestelde leidinggevende die goed kan schakelen tussen mensen, processen en productie.

Je beschikt over:

• Een relevante hbo-opleiding of hbo-werk- en denkniveau door relevante werkervaring.

• Kennis van Lean Manufacturing.

• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende.

• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met handmatige assemblageprocessen, bij voorkeur binnen de kabelconfectie.

• Het vermogen om kleuren goed te kunnen onderscheiden en lezen.

• Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.

• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.

• Kennis van Microsoft Office.

• Een gestructureerde en resultaatgerichte manier van werken.

• Het vermogen om medewerkers effectief aan te sturen en de juiste balans tussen capaciteit en vaardigheden binnen het team te bewaken.

Over ECS Electronics

Je komt te werken binnen de productieafdeling, die verantwoordelijk is voor het tijdig en volgens de juiste kwaliteitsnormen produceren van zowel halffabricaten als eindproducten.

Als Productiesupervisor heb je een belangrijke positie binnen de organisatie. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Manager Operations en geeft leiding aan de medewerkers binnen de productie en printshop.

Vanuit jouw rol werk je nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie om ervoor te zorgen dat de productie efficiënt, kwalitatief en volgens planning verloopt.

what will you do
You are the crucial link on the specialized Metso department at CEVA Logistics. This is physical work. You are the expert in charge of order picking heavy components. These range from small, specialized parts right up to the biggest pieces. You drive the flow of the warehouse!

Your key responsibility is to deal with the logistics process from start to finish. You use the EPT or forklift to efficiently load and unload all incoming and outgoing shipments. Also, you ensure all components are expertly packed and secured for transport, guaranteeing quality control to the finish line.

• Important to know about this vacancy is that you will lift heavy. The products are weighing up to 25 kilos.
• Working hours in 2 shifts are from 06:00 - 15:00 and 15:00 - 00:00

The client of Ceva at his location is called Metso. Metso makes large machines that are used in the mining industry. At the warehouse of Ceva in Born all these spare parts are stored. Some parts are small and some are big and heavy. It's important that you are able and willing to lift heavy. Also because the parts are so different, you have to think creatively. What will you do
What are you going to do?
When the packages come from the sorting machine and land into the slot, the packages must be placed in the correct roller container.

Raising packages: means that the appropriate packages must be properly placed on the sorting machine, with the bar-code upwards. The sorting machine reads the bar-code on the package and knows which slot the package should come down to. Some packages are not suitable for the sorting machine by the size or weight they have. You need to make sure that only appropriate packages are on the machine, otherwise it will lead to a malfunction.

As a LoLa employee (loading/unloading), you make sure that the trucks arriving at the depots during the evening are emptied. Often, these trucks contain rolling containers with packages and the rolling containers must be removed from the trucks. You need to put these containers in the right place so that a colleague can take care of the further process. At the end of the evening, the sorted packages need to be placed in the correct truck again. The packages can now go to the next depot.

Crossdock: This task consists of loading and unloading containers whose packages are already sorted but need to be placed in a different truck. These activities are physically heavy because only rolling containers are being used. Moreover, the work is mostly outside.
